How do we start?

Together with the Houses4Let Relocation Manager, we map out your housing requirements and conduct research into their feasibility. Based on your housing requirements, we will look for suitable homes within our extensive network.


  1. Intake interview
  2. onlineSearch for homes
  3. Schedule Viewings. We are looking for at least 4-6 homes. You view the properties online and determine which ones you prefer and which properties you want to view. We schedule these and go with you to the homes. After all, we look at it with a different eye and can advise you on all aspects. Guiding viewings and attending / making a video.
  4. Guiding negotiations. Once you have found a suitable home, we will sit down with the landlord or fellow estate agent to discuss the conditions. You can think of negotiating the price of the rent, starting date, duration of the rental period, furnished or upholstered, etc.
