What types of management are there

In real estate management we distinguish 2 types of management: Financial Management & Technical Management. Both can be arranged separately, but of course you can also choose to outsource both types of management to us. Below is a small summary of what we do for you with each type of management:
Financial management:
  • Taking care of the monthly administration
  • invoicing and collecting rental charges
  • if necessary: sending reminders and collecting rent arrears
  • annually we increase the rent (if desired) on the basis of the correct indexation
  • managing the deposit
  • settlement of technical maintenance with the tenant
  • drawing up the final inspection report and setting off the deposit
Technical management:
  • receiving notifications from the tenants
  • placing orders to professionals
  • supervising and checking maintenance work
  • inspecting the property on departure tenant
